The journey of birth to death can follow many roads, possibilities, realities. Here in the New England area of the US, we are subjected a particularly fast pace of life. We are overstimulated and often spiritually undernourished. We forget how to connect, to reflect, breathe. We often spend our time going in circles, rather than in a more natural spiral pattern towards self realization and actualization. We can get lost on the way. Even those who accomplish great things at times find themselves at a loss for "what's next?"
We also face challenges and transitions throughout life that would be easier if we just had someone objective but invested in our care to talk to. I chose the word Alchemy to represent the work we will do together, because becoming you is an alchemical transition. We are heating the lead that weighs you down and transforming it through intentional practices into gold.

As a life long intuitive, I have a gift of knowing people, seeing into them, past the layers, past the fears and into the heart of who they are, who they want to become. I help define the steps and skills they need take to achieve their goals. As a natural born champion for the human experience, I seek to help people remember who they are at their core and coach them on how to become what they most desire in this life. Often times during our work these desires will change and refine as you delve deeper into the mystery that is you.

Located in heart of the historic and charming downtown area of East Haddam, Connecticut - the Alchemy space offers a quiet, serene and nurturing environment for deep personal and spiritual growth work.

When we lose someone, and can't get them back, it is heartbreaking. We have to make peace with it, ourselves, and the process of letting go. I wrote this song for someone I lost. I hope it helps you find a way to let go too.

Created in 2016, Alchemy Intutive Counseling & Sacred Rituals was founded by Pamela Ryder.
